Supervision for Hands-on Requirements

Initial Eligibility and Recertification for the IWBMC credentials require hands-on components that must be verified by an approved IWBMC Supervisor. The required Supervised Observation Form for each credential is included below and should be downloaded and presented to an approved IWBMC Supervisor.
